Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more (after discounts, before taxes).
• Orders under $50: $8 flat-rate standard shipping.
• Express shipping: $15.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 2 p.m. CT or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after your order ships. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility in Texas.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, or your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at luxurylogistic1@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll do our best to help redirect them.
