These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LumierLab website and any purchase you make from us. LumierLab is based in Addison, Texas, United States. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By using the site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products and use

Our products are cosmetics intended for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Product descriptions reflect information provided by the brands we carry. Always read the label, perform a patch test before first use, and stop use if irritation occurs. Consult a healthcare professional if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a skin condition. Results vary from person to person.

3. Prices and availability

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change prices, products and promotions at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing or listing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners; we do not store your full card details. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout.

5. Discount codes

Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier's confirmed address.

7. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.

8. Intellectual property

All site content, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to LumierLab or the brands we carry and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, comment or other content, you confirm it is your honest opinion and you grant us permission to display it on our site and marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. LumierLab is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
